from concept through launch, defining requirements, identifying risks and working with project teams to agree practical, compliant pathways to market.\nCoordinate required assessments, registrations, notifications, certifications and testing, interpreting technical evidence to support regulatory decisions, submissions and market access.\nMaintain compliance for assigned products throughout their lifecycle, including formulations, ingredients, packaging, labeling, artwork, product communications and supporting documentation.\nProvide responsive, expert product regulatory advice across the business, assessing and resolving ad hoc questions as well as supporting planned projects and ongoing compliance activities.\nTranslate regulatory requirements and technical evidence into clear, commercially balanced recommendations that support informed decisions.\nBuild effective cross-functional relationships, communicate requirements clearly and maintain accountability for agreed actions.\nMonitor regulatory developments, assess their impact on assigned products and projects, and communicate required actions.\nMaintain accurate, current and audit-ready regulatory records, product information and supporting evidence for assigned products and projects.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify regulatory processes, improve documentation and strengthen cross-functional working.\nDemonstrate ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams through the new product development lifecycle to gain final alignment of Regulatory content for package while reducing company risk.\nWhat you bring to the table:\nStrong regulatory experience in FMCG or regulated consumer products, including NPD support from concept through launch, with expertise in at least one of our core product categories of chemically regulated consumer products, cosmetics, personal care or OTC products.\nPractical knowledge of relevant US and Canadian requirements in at least one of our core product categories, with the ability to build knowledge across unfamiliar categories and markets, seeking specialist input where needed.\nWorks autonomously, prioritizes competing demands and communicates clearly when trade-offs or escalation are required.\nActs as a trusted business partner, finding practical solutions that balance regulatory requirements with commercial needs.\nCollaborates across Regulatory Compliance and the wider business, translating complex requirements into clear, plain-English guidance tailored to the audience and sharing accountability for delivery.\nAdapts to change, delivers agreed outcomes and improves ways of working.\nEducation and Experience\nDemonstrated regulatory experience within an New Product Development (NPD) environment, supporting consumer products from concept through launch and partneringclosely with Marketing, Research & Development and other cross-functional stakeholders.\n5+ years of relevant regulatory experience in oneor moreof our core regulated consumer product sectors.\nBachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or regulatory discipline, such as Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical
