Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • Взаимодействовать с группой мониторинга, тестировщиками и разработкой;
  • обрабатывать обращения от пользователей, связанные с багами, сложными техническими кейсами и фидбеком по работе онлайн-кинотеатра;
  • формировать задачи в бэклог для команд разработки;
  • приоритизировать баги;
  • поддерживать SLA выполнения заявок от пользователей на заданном уровне.

Что для нас важно:

  • Опыт работы в в кросс-функциональной команде или на аналогичной позиции;
  • умение работать в Jira, Splunk;
  • умение скорить баги;
  • начальные навыки работы в SQL;
  • понимание принципа работы сервиса, предоставляющего видеоконтент.
