and knowledge sharing.\n\nDefine, enforce and improve OKLO's engineering standards, CI/CD practices and quality processes.\n\nWork with Engineering and other cross-functional teams to turn business needs into technical plans and sprint goals.\n\nFind and resolve technical risks, performance bottlenecks and architectural issues early.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.\n\nMinimum 5+ years of hands-on industry experience in software development with .NET and modern web frameworks.\n\nProven experience leading features or small teams, mentoring engineers, and making technical design decisions.\n\nStrong grasp of system design, cloud architecture (preferably Azure), and Devops practices.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder
