Обязанности:

-Обработка входящих заявок в CRM, почте, мессенджерах, телефоне

-Взаимодействие с другими отделами компании для решения задач сотрудников связанных с техническими расчетами, возможностями оборудования, программного обеспечения

- Графическое построение конструкций, выравнивание элементов

-Контроль сроков выполнения заявок

-Консультирование и дистанционная поддержка сотрудников по вопросам эксплуатации программного обеспечения

Требования:

Образование среднее специальное/незаконченное высшее/высшее техническое

Опыт работы в поддержке от 1 года до 3 лет (Желательно)

ПК на уровне продвинутого пользователя

Навыки работы в Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, 1С

Самостоятелен, стрессоустойчив

Умеешь общаться с людьми и всегда готов им помочь

Грамотная устная и письменная, техническая речь.
