The Global Partner Program team builds and operates the engine, data infrastructure, and tools that enable our partners to scale seamlessly and build thriving Okta practices.\nWe are looking for a high-velocity Partner Program Operations Specialist to take full ownership of partner onboarding, portal infrastructure, and operational support. This isn't a passive ticket-handling role; you will be the operational backbone for our partner experience-relentlessly removing friction, maintaining bulletproof data integrity, and unblocking partners and internal teams in real time.\nThe ideal candidate is an execution-focused operator with a bias for action, incredible attention to detail, and a knack for solving complex operational puzzles in a fast-moving environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner Onboarding & Ecosystem Operations\nOwn end-to-end partner onboarding, taking new partners from contract sign-off to full enablement without friction.\n\nDrive data hygiene in Salesforce, ensuring partner profiles, status, and agreement data remain 100% accurate and complete.\n\nPartner closely with Finance and Partner Sales to execute streamlined due diligence and compliance checks.\n\nManage partner agreements from submission through execution (DocuSign/Conga) to keep deals and onboarding moving fast.\n\nSupport distribution partners in rapidly onboarding their reseller networks in compliance with program standards.\n\nServe as the go-to operational partner on Slack and email, providing fast, accurate answers on program structure and resources.\n\nPortal & Systems Enablement\nOwn user access and identity lifecycle for the Partner Portal and downstream systems, troubleshooting technical blockers instantly.\n\nGuide partners through portal workflows, tools, and program documentation so they can self-serve effectively.\n\nUnblock partner access to learning systems, ensuring seamless training and certification pathways.\n\nChampion portal adoption internally and externally to drive maximum self-service usage across the ecosystem.\n\nPartner Support & Operational Execution\nResolve high-volume inbound operational requests with speed and precision (covering onboarding, eligibility, agreement tracking, benefits, and compliance).\n\nSupport Deal Registration operations-troubleshooting submission blockers and keeping partner deal flow moving smoothly.\n\nIssue Letters of Authorization (LOAs) promptly upon request.\n\nSafeguard partner data integrity across Salesforce, Conga, DocuSign, PRM tools, and public partner locator directories.\n\nAssist with deal registration metrics, reporting, and compliance monitoring to ensure channel health.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n3-6 years of experience in partner operations, channel operations, or program operations-preferably in high-growth SaaS/tech.\n\nBias for Action & Ownership: You take complete accountability for your queue, proactively solve root causes, and don't wait to be told how to fix a blocker.\n\nAttention to Detail & Data Mastery: You take pride in pristine data quality and spot operational inconsistencies before they become problems.\n\nProblem-Solving Speed: Ability to navigate complex tools and cross-functional processes rapidly under tight deadlines.\n\nClear, Direct Communication: Excellent writing and interpersonal skills for unblocking both internal cross-functional partners and external executives.\n\nHigh Professional Standards: Strong business judgment, integrity, and comfort navigating cross-functional matrixed teams.\n\nPreferred Tooling Experience:\nSalesforce (SFDC) & PRM Platforms (e.g., Impartner)\n\nGoogle Workspace & Microsoft Excel\n\nConga / Apttus & DocuSign\n\nTableau or similar reporting/BI tools\n\nP25790\nThe Okta Experience\nSupporting Your Well-Being \nDriving Social Impact \nDeveloping Talent and Fostering Connection + Community\nWe are intentional about connection.
