Works with support.\nProgram Design\nEnd to end ownership of learning programs that are scoped with low to moderate complexity \nDesign and develop impactful in-person, blended, and virtual, and self-paced learning experiences \nCollaborate with stakeholders for a smooth and effective learner experience\nPromotes the company’s learning brand and participant engagement \nAnalyzes business needs and impacts to scope and source new learning initiatives, including: internal research, external research, and partnership with stakeholders\nUse AI tools to design, prototype, personalize, and scale learning content faster than traditional methods allow\nProgram Delivery \nPartner with program stakeholders to deliver employee development programs at multiple levels of the business \nEnsure all components of a curriculum are complete, deployed, and managed appropriately\nEnsure operational program components are planned, executed, and communicated about\nExecute program marketing plans \nFacilitate learning sessions as needed \nProgram Maintenance & Analytics\nExecute on program administration, resource management, planning, and communications \nCommunicate about program metrics and collaborate on the opportunities for improvement they present\nEnsure the usability, accuracy, and quality of modules and course design \nThe annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between:\n$117,000—$160,600 USD\nBelow is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
