You’ll work closely with our engineering team to design seamless experiences across all the primary exchange functions, like trading, on/off-ramping, and moving funds across blockchains, all while maintaining consistency and usability.\n\nYou’ll be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from initial user flows to high-fidelity mockups, creating designs that balance technical complexity with user-friendly interactions. Your work will directly influence how users understand and interact with cross-chain applications, requiring both creative problem-solving and attention to technical constraints.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage a comprehensive design system in Figma that scales across a large scope\n\nDesign intuitive user flows for complex onchain operations\n\nDevelop interactive prototypes to test and validate design solutions\n\nCollaborate with engineers to ensure feasible and pixel-perfect implementation\n\nCreate and maintain design documentation and component libraries\n\nLead design reviews and gather feedback from stakeholders\n\nResearch and implement blockchain UX best practices\n\nIterate on designs based on user feedback and technical requirements\n\nWhat You’ll Design\n\nUser interfaces for trading and on/off-ramping\n\nVisual systems for representing blockchain states and transactions\n\nResponsive layouts that work across all devices\n\nInteractive prototypes for new features\n\nReusable component libraries and design systems\n\nThis role offers the opportunity to tackle unique design challenges in the blockchain space while working with a talented engineering team to bring your designs to life.\n\nYou might be great for this role if you have\n\n1+ years of experience in Web3 DeFi\n\n2+ years of experience as a product
