You will improve system performance, reduce technical debt, and turn operational problems into simple, maintainable products.\nThis is not a ticket-taking role. We need an engineer who can understand the existing system, make sound technical decisions, and follow work through from discovery to production.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, build, test, deploy, and maintain production software\nDevelop backend services and APIs using C# and ASP.NET/.NET\nBuild and maintain web applications using Angular\nDesign, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL Server databases and queries\nMaintain and extend mobile applications using .NET MAUI\nInvestigate and resolve production issues\nImprove application reliability, performance, security, and observability\nWrite automated tests and maintain technical documentation\nParticipate in code reviews and establish engineering standards\nCollaborate with product, operations, and event-production teams\nBreak ambiguous business problems into clear technical plans\nUse AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve speed without sacrificing quality\nRequirements\n7+ years of professional software development experience\nStrong commercial experience with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core\nStrong experience with Angular and TypeScript\nAdvanced working knowledge of SQL Server, database design, and query optimization\nProduction experience with .NET MAUI or Xamarin\nExperience designing and consuming REST APIs\nExperience with Git, CI/CD, debugging, and automated testing\nDemonstrated ability to work independently in an existing codebase\nStrong written and verbal communication\nComfortable owning outcomes, not just completing assigned tasks\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with SaaS platforms\nExperience with event management, registration, payments, LMS, or communications systems\nCloud experience with Azure or AWS\nExperience with distributed systems, queues, integrations, or
