This role is responsible for those partnerships from a to z.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nExpert Knowledge: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the trading and crypto industries, including market trends, regulations, and key players, to make informed business decisions.\nAffiliate Recruitment: Proactively search for and attract new affiliates, VIP traders and trading/crypto communities and influencers, fostering strategic partnerships to enhance our network.\nResults-Driven Approach: Implement strategies and campaigns to drive measurable results, focusing on creating content, increasing trading volume, acquiring new users, and promoting active transactions through affiliate channels.\nRelationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with VIP and affiliates, ensuring their needs are met and aligning their strategies with our business objectives for mutual growth.\nPartnership Expansion: Initiate and participate in meetings with partners, exploring opportunities to expand cooperation and strengthen existing relationships, both locally and internationally.\nCollaboration with Product Team: Collaborate closely with colleagues from the product department, providing valuable market insights to optimize product offerings and attract qualified users.\nCompetitor Analysis: Stay updated on competitors' advantages and industry trends, utilizing this knowledge to refine our strategies, maintain a competitive edge, and capitalize on market gaps.\n\nWhat We Look For In You\nBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience)\nFluency in English and Polish\nProven experience in affiliate operations, performance marketing, or BD within crypto, finance, or trading - especially in Poland\nStrong analytical skills, with hands-on experience using data/BI tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau/Looker or\nsimilar) to driving decisions\nSolid understanding of affiliate marketing operations: tracking, attribution, campaign management\nHighly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable owning operational details end-to-end\nGoal-oriented mindset, with a focus on measurable results and continuous optimization\nUnderstanding of financial market dynamics and regulations relevant to the Polish/Eastern European region\nNice to Have\nExperience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams\nBonus points if you have previously worked at a crypto exchange, trading company, CFD broker!\nPassionate about blockchain technology and the crypto trading space\nKnowledge of other Eastern European languages is a strong plus\nPerks & Benefits\nCompetitive total compensation package\nL&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development\nVarious team building programs and company events\nMore that we love to tell you along the process!\nNotice:\nAll official OKXvacancies are published on this website.While roles may appear on selected third-party platforms from time to time, information on other sites may be inaccurate or outdated.
