You will work directly with teams such as Compliance, Legal, Risk, Customer Service, Operations, and GBS, in partnership with Product, Engineering, Data, Security, and Infrastructure.\nSuccess is measured by business impact and sustained adoption-not the number of pilots launched.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n1. Find and Prioritize High-Value Problems\nEmbed with business teams and frontline users to understand their workflows, decisions, data, constraints, and pain points.\n\nSeparate root causes from symptoms and determine whether the right answer is process redesign, better data, automation, AI, or a combination of these.\n\nPrioritize opportunities based on business value, user reach, risk, feasibility, time-to-value, and reuse potential.\n\nTranslate ambiguous needs into clear problem statements, target outcomes, success metrics, and executable plans.\n\n2. Build and Deliver Solutions\nDefine the minimum valuable product and rapidly validate it with real users and data.\n\nPersonally prototype solutions such as copilots, agents, workflow automations, and internal tools.\n\nFor larger or higher-risk initiatives, partner with Engineering and Data teams on architecture, integrations, security, reliability, evaluation, and production readiness.\n\nOwn delivery from discovery and prototype through launch, adoption, measurement, iteration, and handover.\n\n3. Drive Adoption and Business Impact\nDesign solutions with users and adapt workflows based on real operational behavior.\n\nLead pilots, enablement, training, and change management required for sustained adoption.\n\nTrack outcomes such as time saved, cycle-time reduction, quality improvement, risk reduction, cost avoided, and active usage.\n\nEnsure every initiative has a business owner, an adoption plan, and a sustainable operating model.\n\n4. Productize and Scale What Works\nIdentify recurring workflows, data needs, integrations, and governance requirements across teams.\n\nConvert successful deployments into reusable components, templates, reference architectures, or configurable products.\n\nDecide when a need should remain bespoke, use shared components, or become a standardized product or platform capability.\n\nBuild practical playbooks and standards for opportunity assessment, prototyping, evaluation, productionization, and impact measurement.\n\nFeed field learnings into shared Product and Engineering roadmaps, reducing duplicated and one-off solutions.\n\nWhat We Look For In You\n4+ years of experience across product management, technical delivery, solutions engineering, enterprise transformation, consulting, or software/data engineering.\n\nDemonstrated ability to uncover high-value problems through workflow observation, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.\n\nHands-on experience building and shipping AI, data, or automation-enabled solutions used in real operational workflows.\n\nStrong product judgment, including prioritization, MVP definition, trade-off decisions, rapid validation, and avoidance of over-engineering.\n\nSufficient technical depth to prototype independently and work effectively with Engineering on data, integrations, architecture, security, evaluation, and reliability.\n\nWorking knowledge of LLMs, RAG, agents, tool use, prompt design, evaluation, observability, and human-in-the-loop systems.\n\nExperience turning bespoke business needs into reusable products, shared services, or operating standards.\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills across frontline users, technical teams, and senior executives.\n\nHigh ownership and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.\n\nNice-To-Haves \nExperience in fintech, crypto/blockchain, financial services, or another regulated industry.\n\nExperience working with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Customer Service, Operations, or other non-engineering functions.\n\nExperience with enterprise data platforms, knowledge systems, agent frameworks, workflow orchestration, or MCP-based integrations.\n\nExperience leading an AI enablement function, forward-deployed team, internal product incubator, or multidisciplinary delivery team.\n\nFamiliarity with Lark/Feishu and enterprise internal-tooling ecosystems.\n\nExpected Outcomes\nWithin the first 6-12 months, the successful candidate will be expected to:\nEstablish a repeatable approach for identifying and prioritizing high-value AI opportunities.\n\nDeliver production use cases with measurable operational impact and sustained adoption.\n\nCreate clear ownership and decision paths from prototype to production, scale, handover, or stop.\n\nTurn selected deployments into reusable capabilities adopted by multiple teams.\n\nBuild a network of business champions and technical partners capable of scaling AI adoption across the organization.\n\nPerks & Benefits \nCompetitive total compensation package\n\nL&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development\nVarious team building programs and company events\n\nWellness and meal allowances\nComprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants\nMore that we love to tell you along the process!\nNotice:\nAll official OKXvacancies are published on this website.While roles may appear on selected third-party platforms from time to time, information on other sites may be inaccurate or outdated.
