OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.\nAbout the Opportunity\nWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team.\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting processes, with a proven track record of managing month-end closing process and handling a full set of accounts.\nThe Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nReview and prepare a full set of accounts including management accounts reporting independently.\n\nFile, maintain, and distribute accounting documents, records, and reports.\n\nManage GST Reporting - Filing quarterly GST returns.\n\nCommunicate well within the team and make sure internal deadlines and reporting/planning expectations are met.\n\nLiaise with auditors/tax representatives.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams for data requests and integration into financial systems.\n\nCommunicate with relevant departments for policy making.\n\nActively involve/communicate with stakeholders on policy changes and continuous improvement to enhance the existing policies, processes and data.\n\nSupport ad-hoc projects when necessary.\n\nWhat We Look For In You\nDegree in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines (ACCA or equivalent preferred).\n\nPrior relevant audit experience in the Big 4 accounting firms\n\nPrior experience with Crypto / a strong interest in Crypto industry\n\nBasic knowledge on Singapore GST and understanding of the requirements for Singapore GST claims.\n\nProficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
