Spearhead campaigns to strengthen brand presence and loyalty.\n\nLeadership & Team Development\nRecruit, develop, and lead a high-impact commercial team focused on affiliate management, BD growth, and VIP servicing.\n\nBuild a performance-driven culture that consistently exceeds targets.\n\nCore Experience (Must-Have):\n10+ years of leadership experience at a top-tier crypto exchange, fintech, or trading platform\n\nFluent in local languages and English.
