By building end-to-end, link-level risk management capabilities, the team aims to achieve sustainable automatic identification and analysis of stability risks, transforming from \"reactive governance\" to \"proactive governance.\" This approach shifts more stability-related matters forward and addresses them early, preventing issues before they arise and enhancing user experience.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nIdentify system risks, and improve the end-to-end performance and stability for the company's products.\n\nLead infrastructure optimization, streamline R&D processes, and implement platform-based solutions.\nExplore new technologies, tools, and architectural patterns to continuously enhance the stability framework.\n\nWhat We Look For In You \nBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with over 7 years of experience in development and architecture.\nProficiency in Java, Go or C++, solid computer science fundamentals, and a strong understanding of DevOps/SRE system construction principles.\nUnderstanding of core Middleware technologies like Nginx, Redis, ElasticSearch, Kafka, MySQL, Docker and Kubernetes.\nIn-depth understanding of the business architecture currently managed, along with a strong methodology for architectural design. Capable of rationalizing architectural designs for new business lines and providing targeted optimization suggestions.\nAbility to build a complete business system from scratch.\nNice-To-Haves\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with clear logical thinking and holistic architectural vision.
