This is a leadership role for someone who has built growth infrastructure at scale and knows how to turn a fragmented set of campaign tools into a unified, self-serve growth system.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing \nOwn the Growth Platform Strategy\nDefine the multi-year vision and roadmap for the growth middle-platform: campaign engine, task/mission system, rewards and incentive infrastructure, loyalty and tiering, user segmentation and targeting, and the ToB configuration and analytics layer that operators use daily.\n\nSet platform standards for reusability, configurability, and time-to-launch so that new growth activities can be shipped by business teams without bespoke engineering.\n\nBalance platform investment against business-line requests, and make clear, well-communicated prioritization calls.\n\nBuild the Platform\nLead the design and delivery of ToC growth products (campaigns, tasks, mega sales, loyalty) and the ToB capabilities behind them (campaign configuration, rules engine, budget and risk controls, reporting).\n\nDrive experimentation infrastructure and growth analytics so that every campaign is measurable, comparable, and optimizable.\n\nLeverage AI tools and automation to shorten experimentation cycles, surface insights faster, and scale growth operations with fewer manual touchpoints.\n\nEnable Channel Growth\nPartner with channel owners across SEO, ASO, referral, affiliate, and paid to translate channel-specific funnel needs into platform capabilities.\n\nIdentify high-leverage channel opportunities and build the platform features that amplify channel performance across markets.\n\nManage Stakeholders Across the Organization\nServe as the single point of accountability for the growth platform with Trading, Listing, Paid Ads, Content, Affiliate, Referral, regional growth teams, and risk/compliance.\n\nEstablish intake, prioritization, and governance processes that keep dozens of concurrent stakeholders aligned and informed.\n\nInfluence senior leadership on platform investment, trade-offs, and sequencing; resolve conflicts between business urgency and platform integrity.\n\nLead and Grow the Team\nManage, coach, and develop a team of product managers; set clear goals, review work quality, and build a high-performance culture.\n\nRaise the bar on PM craft across the team: problem framing, data literacy, spec quality, and cross-functional execution.\n\nWhat We Look For In You \n5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years managing product managers and owning a multi-quarter roadmap.\n\nDeep growth middle-platform experience: you have designed and shipped a campaign engine, task/mission system, incentive or rewards platform, loyalty program, or comparable shared growth infrastructure that served multiple business lines.\n\nProven platform thinking: track record of consolidating scattered, one-off growth tools into a reusable, configurable, self-serve system, and of measuring the efficiency gains that resulted.\n\nExceptional stakeholder management: demonstrated ability to run intake and prioritization across many competing internal customers, manage up to executive leadership, and hold the line on platform trade-offs without losing partner trust.\n\nStrong data and analytics fluency: comfortable defining campaign and platform metrics, reading experiment results, and using data to settle prioritization debates.\n\nLarge-scale delivery: experience navigating complex cross-team dependencies in a fast-moving, global organization.\n\nHigh learning velocity: able to rapidly internalize new domains - crypto, regional markets, new channels - and connect product, data, and market signals into actionable strategy.\n\nNice-To-Haves \nExperience in crypto, fintech, or other regulated consumer products where growth mechanics must satisfy risk and compliance constraints.\n\nHands-on experience with SEO and/or ASO strategy, including keyword optimization, app store listing optimization, and organic growth levers.\n\nExperience building ToB operational platforms or internal tooling used by non-technical operators at scale.\n\nExperience applying AI/LLM tooling to growth operations, analytics, or PM workflows.\n\nPerks & Benefits \nCompetitive total compensation package\n\nL&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development\nVarious team building programs and company events\n\nWellness and meal allowances\nComprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants\nMore that we love to tell you along the process!\n\nPlease note that Hong Kong is a group-level service hub, and OKX does not carry on a business of operating a virtual asset trading platform in Hong Kong.\nNotice:\nAll official OKXvacancies are published on this website.While roles may appear on selected third-party platforms from time to time, information on other sites may be inaccurate or outdated.
