As a developer on this team, you will work on Simple Earn, Flash Earn (including Jumpstart), Loan products, and Stablecoin Yield features - powering millions of users' passive income journeys in the crypto ecosystem.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nDesign and develop high-performance, high-availability backend services for Simple Earn, Flash Earn, and Loan products\n\nBuild and maintain the Jumpstart subscription and allocation system for new token launches\n\nDesign and implement backend systems for stablecoin yield distribution and settlement\n\nWork closely with Product, Design, Risk, and Quant teams to deliver innovative earn and lending features\n\nParticipate in on-call production support and incident response to ensure platform stability\n\nWhat We Look For In You:\nProficient in AI-assisted development tools such as Codex and Claude Code - mandatory requirement to boost engineering productivity and iteration speed\n\nMinimum 3 years of backend development experience in financial or related industries\n\nExperience in Microservice/API development with Java / SpringBoot / SpringCloud\n\nStrong understanding of multi-threading, concurrency control, and distributed system design, with experience in high-concurrency, high-availability, and high-performance systems\n\nFamiliarity with mainstream messaging frameworks such as Kafka and caching solutions like Redis\n\nExperience with Kubernetes (K8s) for container orchestration and deployment\n\nSolid experience with relational databases (MySQL or equivalent)\n\nComfortable in a cloud-based Linux environment with production support capability\n\nBasic understanding of finance concepts, particularly earn/deposit, lending/loan, and yield products\n\nFluency in English and Mandarin\n\nBusiness Domain Experience (At least one of the following three is required):\nEarn & Loan: Hands-on experience building earn or loan products, with understanding of interest accrual, risk control, and liquidity management\n\nStablecoin Yield: Familiarity with stablecoin mechanics (USDT, USDC) and experience developing yield distribution or settlement systems\n\nSubscription & Allocation Systems: Experience building token launch, quota allocation, or subscription systems (e.g. Jumpstart-style products)\n\nPerks & Benefits \nCompetitive total compensation package\n\nL&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development\nVarious team building programs and company events\n\nWellness and meal allowances\nComprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants\nMore that we love to tell you along the process!\nNotice:\nAll official OKXvacancies are published on this website.While roles may appear on selected third-party platforms from time to time, information on other sites may be inaccurate or outdated.
