Senior DevOps Enginner

We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and scale our cloud infrastructure, deployment platform, and production operations while ensuring reliability, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and scale Kubernetes-based production infrastructure.
• Own Helm chart releases for OLake services and deployment workflows.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Pulumi.
• Design, automate, and optimise AWS infrastructure including EKS, VPC, RDS, IAM, and networking.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, deployment automation, and rollback strategies.
• Implement infrastructure security best practices, including IAM, Secrets Manager, KMS, encryption, and audit logging.
• Drive infrastructure readiness for SOC2 and ISO 27001 compliance.
• Monitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and improve platform reliability.
• Mentor engineers and establish DevOps best practices across the organisation.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Solid experience with AWS services including EKS, EC2 IAM, VPC, RDS, S3 CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, and KMS.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
• Strong Linux administration and shell scripting skills.
• Experience with Helm, Docker, and Kubernetes deployments.
• Good understanding of CI/CD, GitOps, deployment automation, and observability.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud infrastructure, networking, Kubernetes, and applications.
• Understanding of infrastructure security and compliance practices.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of production systems.

Good to Have:

• Experience with SOC2 or ISO 27001 compliance.
• Familiarity with OpenVPN, HAProxy, ALB, DNS, and networking concepts.
• Ability to understand Go-based services for deployment and debugging.
