The successful candidate will ensure the business operates efficiently, securely, and reliably from both a technology and facility perspective.\nYou will work closely with all departments to support internal systems, user management, office infrastructure, and day-to-day operational needs.\nKey Responsibilities\nIT Infrastructure & Systems Support\n\nProvide support and administration for internal IT systems and business platforms.\nAssist with management and optimisation of:\nInternal inventory systems\nCRM systems\nUser management systems\nSingle Sign-On (SSO) environments\n\nSupport and maintain company network infrastructure across multiple office locations.\nAssist with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of:\nFirewalls\nVPNs\nNetwork equipment\nWi-Fi infrastructure\nOffice connectivity\n\nManage and support company hardware including:\nMacBooks\nPrinters\nOffice devices and peripherals\n\nAssist with onboarding and off-boarding of employees, including account provisioning and access control.\nEnsure good cybersecurity practices across the business, including device management, access policies, and user awareness.\nCoordinate with external IT vendors and service providers where required.\nCybersecurity & Access Management\n\nAssist in maintaining secure IT environments and enforcing cybersecurity best practices.\nManage:\nUser access permissions\nPassword management\nVPN access\nSSO and authentication systems\n\nSupport implementation of security policies and procedures.\nMonitor and respond to basic IT security incidents and escalate where necessary.\nMulti-Site Office & Infrastructure Support\n\nSupport IT and operational infrastructure across multiple office locations.\nEnsure stable and reliable connectivity and operational readiness at all sites.\nCoordinate infrastructure improvements and upgrades where needed.\nFacilities Management Responsibilities\nOffice & Building Operations\n\nOversee day-to-day facility operations and ensure office environments are functional, safe, and well maintained.\nCoordinate building maintenance, repairs, and vendor management.\nManage office infrastructure including:\nPrinters\nPower systems\nAirflow and fresh air systems\nGeneral office equipment\n\nSupport office renovations, upgrades, and workspace improvements.\nPower & Infrastructure Management\n\nAssist in managing power infrastructure and continuity planning.\nCoordinate maintenance and monitoring of backup power systems where applicable.\nEnsure office infrastructure supports operational reliability and growth.\nFacilities Expansion & Improvement\n\nSupport office expansion projects and infrastructure improvements.\nCoordinate contractors and service providers for renovations and maintenance work.\nEnsure facilities remain clean, organised, and operationally efficient.\nRequirements\n3-7+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, facilities management, or operational infrastructure roles.\nStrong understanding of:\nNetworking\nFirewalls\nVPNs\nUser management\nMacOS environments\nCybersecurity fundamentals\nExperience supporting cloud-based systems, SSO, and office IT infrastructure.\nPractical understanding of facility operations and office management.\nAbility to troubleshoot technical and operational issues independently.\nStrong organisational and communication skills.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced and hands-on environment.\nDesirable Experience\n\nExperience in technology, IoT, or high-growth operational environments.\nFamiliarity with:\nGoogle Workspace / Microsoft 365\nNetwork monitoring platforms\nApple device management\nAccess control systems\n\nExperience managing vendors, contractors, and multi-site operations.\nKey Competencies\n\nHands-on and solutions-oriented\nStrong operational mindset\nOrganised and detail-focused\nReliable and proactive\nStrong communication and coordination skills\nBenefits\nExciting Workspace.\n\nCutting-Edge Technology.\n\nEngaging Projects and Innovations.\n\nHigh-Tech Atmosphere. \n\nVersatile Experience - Get exposure to a wide range of things. \n\nInvolvement in Manufacturing Processes - End-to-End Involvement. \n\nInspiring Work Environment.\n\nOpportunity for Career Growth and Continuous Learning - Cross-Functional Teams. \n\nContributing to a South African Company with a real impact on people's lives. \n\nOlarm Device and Subscription.\n\nAre you ready to embark on a journey that's both professionally fulfilling and personally rewarding?
