Job Description

Enthusiastic self-driven young talent to join our IT department as a Graduate Trainee. Opportunity to gain the knowledge and experience required for promotion to a full-time position under the guidance of an experienced personnel.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES.

• Investigates and defines requirements for business processes.
• Analyses business processes to determine problems, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Works closely with systems analysts and customers to design and implement solutions.
• Conducts tests for system related changes.
• Facilitate end-user trainings.
• Document requirements including data modelling, process flows and report layouts.

Qualifications:

• Business Acumen
• Foundational knowledge of IT Applications, Infrastructure, Databases
• Must be innovative, creative, and teachable.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field within the last 3 years.
• Must possess a high level of integrity, determination, and personal commitment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
