This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop analytical, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills within a fast growing and innovative banking environment.\nKEY RESULT AREAS\nData Analysis and Insights\nAnalyse data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities.\nPerform exploratory analysis to answer business questions and support decision making.\nTranslate data findings into clear and actionable business insights.\nReporting and Visualisation\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and scorecards.\nEnsure reporting outputs are accurate, relevant, and aligned with business requirements.\nPresent findings in a clear and easy to understand manner for both technical and non technical audiences.\nData Collection and Preparation\nCollect, clean, validate, and prepare data for analysis and reporting purposes.\nAssist in maintaining data quality by identifying inconsistencies, gaps, and anomalies.\nWork with data owners to resolve data quality issues where required.\nBusiness Requirements Support\nEngage with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements.\nTranslate business needs into reporting specifications and analytical outputs.\nSupport the development of measurement frameworks and key performance indicators.\nPerformance Improvement through Analytics\nSupport business teams by identifying opportunities for operational and customer experience improvements through data analysis.\nMonitor business performance metrics and highlight significant changes or emerging trends.\nContribute to evidence based recommendations that support business objectives.\nData Governance and Controls\nFollow data governance, privacy, and security standards when handling data.\nEnsure data used for reporting and analysis meets defined quality and compliance requirements.\nMaintain clear documentation of reports, data sources, and business definitions.\nStakeholder Engagement\nBuild positive working relationships with internal stakeholders.\nRespond to reporting requests and provide analytical support to business users.\nAssist in communicating analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.\nPersonal Capability Building\nDevelop knowledge of analytical tools, reporting platforms, and banking products.\nStay informed about emerging trends and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence.\nParticipate in training and continuous learning opportunities to build analytical capability.\nROLE REQUIREMENTS\nRelevant qualification in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
