Collate data for the campaigns on a daily, weekly, monthly, and on an ad hoc basis. Maintain data integrity within campaign extraction tools through quality checks, capability testing, and weekly data sign-offs. \nCreation and participation in customer communication and content creation.\nPre-scheduling, setting up, structuring, executing, monitoring and measuring campaign performance on first-level reporting during and post-campaigns according to the set guidelines (ad hoc, daily, weekly & monthly) to senior campaign support for multiple campaigns across multiple channels such as SMS, email and In-App messaging. \nHandling and managing end-to-end invoice sign-off and accurately updating the budget tracker.\nBuild and manage relationships with the internal & external stakeholders.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.\nResponsibilities\nCampaign Management: Manage initiatives, campaigns and stakeholders, internal and external, to ensure timeous delivery of campaigns. Ensure data is quality checked and all data is received as requested from the data team. Executes Customer Life Cycle Management strategies end-to-end. Executes multiple campaigns to drive maximum customer utilisation of the various Old Mutual products. Monitors credits on campaign platforms.\nPersonal Effectiveness: Accountable for service delivery through own efforts and managing own time, tasks and output quality. Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results. Accepts and lives the company values.
