Job Description

Perform administrative duties for Old Mutual Unit Trust and Strategic Investment Services, including maintaining accounting records, preparing related financial reports for various funds, managing fund distributions, completing reconciliations, and providing support to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Administration

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging domain expertise and data-driven insights.
• Ensures instructions to the market are carried out accurately
• Maintains client relationships in accordance with legislation, FSCA regulations and good accounting practice
• Ensures payments are done accurately and timeously Provides daily and weekly reporting in a predetermined format
• Experience working with Stadium applications is required
• Exposure to or knowledge of Manco Trading Box working principles will be advantageous

Data Collection and Analysis

• Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats.
• Involves working independently.

Personal Capability Building

• Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
• Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience required

• Completed Matric and hold a tertiary qualification in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
