Based in Blantyre, the successful candidate will support the development, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives that drive business performance and long-term growth.\nReporting to the Strategy, Data and Digital Executive, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic analysis, business intelligence, research, and performance insights to support decision-making across the business. The role will also support strategic planning processes, monitoring key business performance metrics, conducting market and economic research, develop business cases, and provide actionable recommendations.\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nSupporting the development and implementation of strategic policies, frameworks, and procedures.\nConducting horizon scanning and market intelligence activities to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and risks.\nMonitoring and analysing business performance metrics to ensure alignment with strategic and financial objectives.\nProviding strategic advice and insights on business challenges and opportunities.\nSupporting strategic planning processes and the execution of business priorities.\nPreparing and coordinating analytical reports, dashboards, and management insights.\nConducting strategic analysis using financial, operational, customer, and market data to support decision-making.\nUndertaking economic and market research to inform strategic initiatives.\nCollecting, analysing, and interpreting data to identify key business trends and opportunities.\nSupporting the preparation of business cases, feasibility assessments, and strategic projects.\nQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Statistics or any related field.\nMinimum of 3-5 years' experience in strategic planning, business performance analysis, reporting, research, or business intelligence.\nProven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting
