You can see some of our favorite projects here.\nStart your journey with OBE and help us build the future.\nJob Responsibilities:\nPrioritize safety as a core principle\nInterpret work orders and blueprints to determine machining requirements\nSet-up and operate multi-axis CNC machining centers\nEnsuring proper machine adjustments\nMachine of quality parts for window & door manufacture\nPerform quality workmanship with dimensional accuracy\nInspect completed parts according to specifications\nDocument & report productivity and non-conforming records\nPerform secondary machining operations as needed\nPerform daily maintenance activities to machines as prescribed\nMaintain a clean and orderly machines & workstations\nParticipate in and contribute to a continuous improvement culture\nWork professionally and positively with others to achieve a healthy and cohesive working relationship\nAll other duties as assigned \nQualification/Education Requirements:\nIntroductory skill level in CNC machining\nAbility to utilize various machine-shop measuring instruments helpful\nAbility to read a tape measure to 1/32” accuracy\nAppetite for a mechanical job role striving to deliver OEE (Optimal Equipment Effectiveness)\nMachining experience helpful\nDetail-oriented experience\nComputer familiarity\nWork structure organization skill\nWhat OBE Offers You\nBenefits that benefit you -
