A vital member of the Customer Service Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.\nJob responsibilities include:\nMaintain a broad knowledge of clients, products and services of the organization.\nDocument customer interactions and transactions.\nAccurately process phoned, faxed and emailed quotes and orders in accordance with cut off times and other time constraints that may exist.\nData entry of faxed, emailed, and phoned in orders for production.\nCommunicate with customers to determine expected delivery date and time.\n What We Are Looking For\nMust have a strong MS Word and Excel Office Skills.\nOrganized with the ability to handle numerous projects and prioritize workload.\nMust be able to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.\nAbility to read and understand architectural drawings, specifications, and customer request for pricing.\nSelf-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision with solid memory retention and focus.\nWhat OBE Offers You\nBenefits that benefit you -
