You can see some of our favorite projects here.\nStart your journey with OBE and help us build the future.\nWhat You'll Get To Do\nThe forklift operator is responsible for the safe operating and managing power industrial trucks to load and unload materials and deliveries and move them to and from storage areas. Locating and moving stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment. Identifying damages and reports shortages or quality deficiencies.\nJob Responsibilities\nWrap pallets by hand to ensure stability\nRestocks and puts product away carefully and safely\nResponsible for the cleanliness of all work areas\nCommunicates stock needs and discrepancies to appropriate personnel\nCommunicates challenges inhibiting accurate and timely order pulling process\nResponsible for participating in yearly inventory as required\nAbility to listen effectively and follow instructions\nRegular and predictable attendance, safely performing tasks and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of the job.\nStrong organizational skills\nOther duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying.\nMust be able to move up to 40 pounds at a time.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nHigh school diploma preferred\nExperience operating forklift for 3-5 years\nAbility to communicate with employees, peers, and supervisors in an effective manner\nExperience in a warehouse job, and/or order pulling is preferred\n\nPosition Pay Range\n$20—$20.63 USD\nWhat OBE Offers You\nBenefits that benefit you -
