You can see some of our favorite projects here.\nStart your journey with OBE and help us build the future.\nWhat You’ll Get to Do\nThe Maintenance Technician is focused on maintaining and repairing a wide range of production equipment - including CNCs, presses, motors, welding tools, and more - while ensuring timely response to facility work requests and strict adherence to safety protocols and reports to the Maintenance Manager.\nThis role is perfect for an individual who is safety-conscious, technically skilled, and organized. A vital member of the Maintenance Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.\nJob responsibilities include:\nMaintain and repair production equipment including - but not limited to - CNCs, presses, saws, motors, pumps, welding tools across the facility.\nPerform general facility maintenance and respond to work requests in a timely manner.\nTroubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using prints, schematics, and test equipment.\nSupport internal customers by ensuring equipment uptime and reliability through proactive maintenance.\nWork flexible shifts, including weekends as needed, while adhering to OBE’s safety policies and PPE requirements.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nHands-on experience in industrial maintenance. Technical Diploma / Certification is a plus.\n\nStrong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with experience in CNC, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.PLC experience is a plus\n\nAbility to read and interpret mechanical/electrical prints;
