You can see some of our favorite projects here.\nStart your journey with OBE and help us build the future.\nWhat You’ll Get to Do\nThe Maintenance Technician is focused on repairs of components and reports to the Maintenance Manager.\nThis role is perfect for an individual who has attention to detail (safety, quality, efficiency), strong work ethic/reliability, and is a problem solver. A vital member of the Maintenance Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.\nJob responsibilities include:\nBe responsible for the mechanical/electrical performance of several automated production machines or equipment that perform one or more function in glass.\nMaintain and observe operation of machines and equipment to ensure the production of high-quality glass.\nDiagnose or troubleshoot machines or equipment to determine malfunction and the need for adjustment or repair.\nPerform mechanical/electrical repairs and maintenance required for production such as: repairs or replace defective parts, install special functional and structural parts in devices.\n If malfunction of the machine is detected, stop the machine and adjust or repair as necessary.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nMust have experienced skills with troubleshooting, repair, overhaul and operation of high-speed production machinery.\nExperience with industrial electrical equipment, PLC’s/Driver and motors.\nMechanical and electrical experience.
