You can see some of our favorite projects here.\nStart your journey with OBE and help us build the future.\nWhat You'll Get to Do\nThe Industrial Process Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing production equipment to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations. This role performs preventive maintenance, diagnoses equipment issues, minimizes downtime, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. The position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.\nJob Responsibilities\nPerform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment and machinery.\nDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.\nRead and interpret schematics, blueprints, technical manuals, and electrical drawings.\nTroubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation systems.\nWire motors, motor starters, relays, VFDs, and other electrical components.\nPerform basic plumbing and fabrication work, including use of oxy/acetylene torches and plasma cutters.\nMaintain maintenance records and work safely at all times.\nAll other duties as assigned.\nWhat We're Looking For\n3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing;
