You can see some of our favorite projects here.\nStart your journey with OBE and help us build the future.\nWhat You’ll Get to Do\nThe Quality Manager oversees our quality program, ensuring that product, manufacturing testing, & reporting meet external industry & safety standards.\nResponsibilities\nMaintain quality reports across departments\nDrive external quality improvement initiatives\nParticipate in meetings for the development & implementation of RPN activities\nPlay a key role in the Credit & Replacement (C&R) process, maintain product testing compliance (IGCC), & support resolution of external customer concerns\nParticipate in layered audits for process verification, gauge verification, error-proofing, & related activities\nServe as a liaison for external customer issues, working toward resolution of quality concerns to minimize liability\nServe as a liaison between glass associations & third-party certification programs\nInvestigate significant quality matters (high dollar value, complex or multi-supplier issues) toward customer resolution\nContribute to specialty projects aligned with corporate initiatives\nUnderstand customer expectations & needs, outline quality standards, & develop quality control processes\nImplement methods to inspect, test, & evaluate products & production equipment\nEnsure products meet quality standards\nPrepare reports by collecting, analyzing, & summarizing data\nTrain & coach production team members in production practices & quality assessment\nTrack products through the manufacturing process to verify accuracy at every stage\nPerform final product inspections to confirm alignment with industry, company, & customer standards\nTroubleshoot & problem-solve product quality issues\nSupport the implementation & sustainability of the Quality Management System within our Operational Excellence (OpEx) framework\nWhat We Are Looking For\nWe know confidence gaps and imposter syndrome can hold great candidates back, if you meet most, but not all, of the qualifications below, we still want to hear from you.\nMinimum of 3 years experience in quality management or continuous improvement \nComfort working with Windows-based software\nStrong verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with people at all levels of the organization & with external contacts\nAbility to stay focused under pressure, meet deadlines, & manage multiple priorities with flexibility\nCQE certification is a plus, not a requirement\nPosition Pay Range\n$75,000—$95,000 USD\nWhat OBE Offers You\nBenefits that benefit you -
