This leader will ensures efficient shipping operations that support exceptional customer experience.\nand reports to the Production Manager.\nThis role is perfect for an individual who is customer focused, safety oriented, and drives continuous improvement. A vital member of the Shipping Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.\nJob responsibilities include:\nManage receiving, processing, and distribution operations in compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational requirements.\n\nEnsure quality across all departmental outputs, including shipments, truckloads, documentation, reporting, and forklift operations.\n\nCoordinate order and delivery tracking, and reporting to optimize resources and meet customer shipment requirements.\n\nPartner with cross-functional teams (including Customer Service) to support performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.\n\nLead hands-on safety, quality, and performance oversight; ensure proper equipment and PPE use, maintain accurate records, and train, coach, and motivate employees through ongoing feedback and development.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\nExperience with Warehouse Management Systems\n3 plus years of leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment;
