You can see some of our favorite projects here.\nStart your journey with OBE and help us build the future.\nWhat You'll Get To Do\nThe Warehouse Staff is responsible for picking and checking products in the warehouse to fill customer orders.\nJob Responsibilities:\nPhysically pulls and packs orders to quality standards\nVerifies accuracy against all orders\nMarks boxes/pallets for route and stop designation\nReboxing of product\nWraps pallets by hand to insure stability\nRestocks and puts product away carefully and safely\nResponsible for the cleanliness of all work areas\nCommunicates stock needs and discrepancies to appropriate personnel\nCommunicates challenges inhibiting accurate and timely order pulling process\nResponsible for participating in yearly inventory as required\nAbility to listen effectively and follow instructions\nRegular and predictable attendance, safely perform tasks and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of the job.\nOther duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying.\nMust be able to move up to 40 pounds at a time.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nHigh school diploma preferred\nAbility to communicate with employees, peers, and supervisors in an effective manner\nExperience in a warehouse job, and/or order pulling is preferred\nBasic computer skills a plus\nAbility to work independently\nWhat OBE Offers You\nBenefits that benefit you -
