You can see some of our favorite projects here.\nStart your journey with OBE and help us build the future.\nWhat You'll Will Get To Do\nThe Customer Service Representative - Distribution Center is responsible for managing customer communications through phone, email, and chat channels while supporting the operational activities of assigned distribution centers. This role serves as a key communication link between customers, operations, transportation, inventory, and internal support teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely issue resolution, and quality customer experience.\nJob Responsibilities\nManage inbound and outbound customer communication through phone, email, and chat platforms.\nProcess customer orders, order updates, delivery inquiries, and service requests.\nCoordinate with distribution center personnel to provide shipment status, inventory availability, lead times, and delivery updates.\nMonitor customer orders from entry through fulfillment and delivery completion.\nResolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues as appropriate.\nQualification Requirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required;
