You’ll be empowered with the tools, support, and autonomy to make a real impact every single day.\nIf you're ready to bring your expertise to a team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, we want you on board.\nResponsibilities\nYou’ll lead the development and implementation of best-in-class manufacturing engineering practices across the plant, with a focus on safety, quality, responsiveness, and efficiency.\nTPS (Toyota Production System)\nDevelop and maintain process flow diagrams, PFMEAs, control plans, and work instructions\nConduct time studies and line balancing\nOptimize material flow and plant layout through equipment and production line design\nChampion a customer-centric approach while enforcing safety and environmental procedures\nProvide technical support for operational improvement initiatives (SQDPC: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Cost)\nLead deployment of WCM (World Class Maintenance)\nChampion process engineering for process optimization\nCollaborate in maintaining workplace organization (WPO)\nOther tasks may assign\nReliability\nSet up, verify, and troubleshoot tools, machines, and processes\nCollaborate cross-functionally to establish world-class manufacturing systems\nTrack critical asset downtime, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement countermeasures to improve OEE\nSupport and sustain a critical spare parts program\nLead facility reliability KPI improvement initiatives\nImplement autonomous maintenance strategies\nStandardize and sustain preventive maintenance (PM) for critical assets\nLead downtime RCA efforts and manage downtime tracking systems\nAsset Management\nServe as the single point of accountability for capital projects from AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) generation to asset release\nProvide scope, cost, and schedule inputs for AFE development\nSupport new product launches, equipment installations, and major initiatives\nEnsure successful qualification of new equipment (SAT/FAT) into production\nWhat We Are Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment\nProficiency in MS Windows and MS Office (MS Project required)\nAutoCAD experience is a plus\nExperience operating tools, equipment, and machinery in an industrial setting\nCertifications such as CQM, ISO 9000/TS-16949 Lead Auditor, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, or equivalent experience.\nBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred\nPosition Pay Range\n$90,000—$105,000 USD\nWhat OBE Offers You\nBenefits that benefit you -
