Senior Staff Developer

Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy backend automation solutions for security operations using cloud-native and AI-driven technologies.
• Develop scalable services with Python, Go, AWS, and microservices architectures.
• Create detection pipelines, incident response automation, and intelligent security workflows.
• Ensure reliability, observability, maintainability, and production readiness of systems.
• Collaborate with security, data science, and engineering teams to deliver automation solutions.
• Apply CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, testing, and DevOps best practices.
• Contribute to AI-powered security tooling, including LLMs, agents, and automation frameworks.
• Troubleshoot complex distributed systems and drive technical innovation.
• Lead code reviews, provide architectural guidance, and mentor engineers.

Requirements:

• 9+ years in backend, infrastructure, or security engineering.
• Strong expertise in distributed systems, automation, and cloud-native architectures.
• Proficient in Python, Go, and large-scale production systems.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and microservices.
• Experience integrating AI/ML into production environments.
• Knowledge of data pipelines, streaming systems, and security workflows.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and architecture decisions.
• Capable of driving projects from design to deployment.
