We’ll train you!), sales floor operations and being a brand ambassador in- store and at off-site events. Your duties will include (but are not limited to):\nWelcoming guests into the space and encouraging them to explore and partake in the experience\nSharing the brand story and product knowledge\nGuiding customers through the scent customization and blending process of the OlfactoryNYC fragrances\nSupporting day-to-day sales floor operations including processing POS transactions accurately, packaging and wrapping guest orders, helping direct traffic flow, blending custom fragrances and more\nFulfilling e-commerce orders\nEmbodying the brand’s voice and vision with all experiences to sustain strong client relationships\nEnsuring supplies remained stocked and refilled (ability to lift up to 40lbs)\nWhat We’re Looking For\nPassion: Genuine enthusiasm for fragrance and delivering exceptional customer service.\nCommunication Skills: Ability to articulate the magic of fragrance with charisma.
