This position will oversee and coordinate multiple project logistical activity simultaneously. Managing & combining movements to share efficiencies when applicable between projects.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nSafety is every employee’s responsibility.\nOrganizing people, equipment and freight movements between the specific project locations \nAssist the Field Managers with overall operations, help streamline and improve processes.\nScheduling of small aircraft flights. \nKeeping a detailed log of activity.\nPrepare and give daily reports to the field managers and general manager.\nProviding clear communications, verifying products and assist with Quality Controls.\nSchedule virtual planning meetings as needed for major activity or movements.\nProvide various additional administrative, logistical, and operational functions as required.\nMaintaining positive relations with vendors in Deadhorse that are supporting our operations. \nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nSupervisory responsibilities include training and oversite of expediting personnel.\nEducation and/or Experience:\nUS Citizenship.\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\nMinimum of five years relevant experience in the North Slope Oilfield.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nDemonstrated understanding of Remote Alaska Oilfield Operations. \nProficient at maintaining professionalism.\nAbility to multi-task on time-sensitive assignments and strong attention to detail.\nAbility to work effectively with minimum guidance in an arctic environment.\nDemonstrated proficiency with Adobe, MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nDemonstrated understanding of permit stipulations and adherence. \nWorking familiarity with local residents, subsistence activity and cultures. \nAbility to work independently on projects and issues within overall policy guidelines.\nGeneral understanding of drilling waste manifesting and disposal.\nCertificates, Licenses, Registrations:\nCurrent Driver’s License\nCurrent NSTC Training\n\nSecurity Clearance:\nPosition requires no security clearances.\nMust Pass a general background check and pre-employment drug screen.\nPhysical Demands:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
