The incumbent also performs required and mandated functions and processes and provides customer support services to system users, employees, and visitors.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nProcesses applicants for DOS ID cards;\nProcesses applications for passport/visa photos;\nProcesses ID card applications;\nPrepares status reports;\nProvides customer service support;\nUpdates files;\nIdentifies and resolves DOS ID card problems;\nIdentifies and resolves basic access control problems;\nConducts FBI fingerprinting.\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nSupervisory responsibilities are not anticipated.\nEducation and/or Experience:\nMust have a High School Diploma and at least three (3) years of job-related experience or equivalent. An Associate’s degree or three years of increasingly responsible administrative experience may be substituted.\n1 year of clerical and data entry experience or 1 year of college coursework (30 credit hours).\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Windows Applications/Programs;\nGood typing skills;\nGood customer services skills;\nAbility to follow oral and written instructions;\nAbility to perform work with supervision;\nAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships\nMust be highly organized and able to work independently with minimum supervision and direction.\nAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.\nCertificates, Licenses, Registrations:\nN/A.\nSecurity Clearance:\nSECRET Level Required\nMust have a current US Government SECRET Personnel Security Clearance or be able to successfully complete a U.S. government administered Investigation.\nMust be a U.S. Citizen.\nMust also be able to maintain a US Government SECRET clearance.\nPhysical Demands:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
