The occurrence of zero safety incidents is always the goal, all the time.\nPerforms job activities in compliance with applicate Olgoonik Quality Control procedures, customer policies and SOPs.\nEnsures materials are routed to prescribed storage locations, storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods, rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials.\nMentor and Lead: Train and mentor subordinate employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.\nProcess Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance training methodologies and project processes.\nPlanning and managing training and project tasks professionally to meet task order requirements.\nScheduling work to maximize resource utilization and ensure efficient delivery of training and project outcomes.\nPerforms job activities in compliance with applicate Olgoonik Quality Control procedures, customer policies and SOPs.\nPerforms a variety of warehousing duties requiring an understanding of the establishment’s storage plan and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\nEstablishes and maintains effective working relationships with others.\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nNone\nEducation and/or Experience:\nHigh School Diploma or GED is required.\nPossess and maintain a valid Driver’s License.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nAbility to obtain a National Agency Check (NAC) IT level III background check for the Common Access Card (CAC).\nExperience as a training specialist, with demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering technical training programs.\nAbility to pass Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening.\nProficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook\nDemonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills.\nAbility to operate forklifts and other machinery.\nMust be a self-starter who can provide excellent customer service.\nPerform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.\nSecurity Clearance:\nPosition requires U.S. Citizenship, a US Government background check and may require a US Government SECRET Clearance\nIf SECRET Clearance Level is required, candidate must also:\nHave a current US Government SECRET Personnel Security Clearance or be able to successfully complete a U.S. government administered Investigation\nBe able to maintain a US Government SECRET clearance\nPhysical Demands:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
