Education and/or additional related experience may be substituted.\nMinimum 1-2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or closely related field.\nMinimum 1-2 years of experience in support of Federal Government contracts preferred.\nExperience with projects on federal contracts preferred \nHave a good understanding of commercial construction means, methods, and materials.\nExperience in reading, interpreting plans and specifications for construction projects. \nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nAbility to take direction from multiple project managers.\nAbility to proficiently multi-task and efficiently work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects and have a strong attention for detail.\nDemonstrate a good attitude and ability to work as a member of a team.\nAbility to think strategically and work towards meeting short and long-term goals.\nDemonstrate accuracy and good analytical skills.\nMust have the ability to organize and coordinate workload to meet deadlines, monitoring and adjusting priorities as needed.\nMust be proficient with MS Suite products (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Project) and email business software.\nCertificates, Licenses, Registrations:\nMust have a valid Driver’s License.\nSecurity Clearance:\nN/A\nPhysical Demands:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
