Process final red lines, warranty certificates, and equipment manuals for closing out of each project with clients.\nParticipate in the company safety program as well as required OSHA and Joint Commission regulations and training.\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nSupervisory responsibilities with this position may include supervision of professional, technical, clerical, and/or labor staff in support of the project.\nEducation and/or Experience:\nCandidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a construction related field and/or a minimum 10 years of project management experience.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office programs, RS Means and associated estimating programs, cost control, scheduling, etc. is required.\nMinimum of ten years’ experience in construction, with an emphasis in project management and estimating for small to medium sized maintenance, repair, and minor design build construction projects. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but extensive government contract experience in lieu of will be considered.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nInterpersonal skills sufficient to positively influence employees and subcontractors to actively achieve mutual goals.\nApplicants must possess excellent communicative skills, be adept in managing multiple, minor construction contracts from concept to completion, and be proficient at interpreting design drawings and specification booklets.\nMust be proficient with Microsoft Suite of products including, Word, Excel, Access and E-mail business software.\nMust demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work as a member of a Team.
