Although the Project Supervisor's home station will be DLA Distribution Susquehanna, PA, the position requires travel to DLA Distribution Centers throughout the United States and overseas. The Project Supervisor must be prepared to deploy and support operations at alternate DLA Distribution locations for periods of up to two weeks at a time, based on mission requirements\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nServe as the contractor's primary operational leader and point of accountability for assigned personnel.\nCoordinate daily workload planning, staffing, performance, quality, and mission execution.\nMonitor inventory, warehouse, WMS, and audit-support activities.\nSupport mock audits and targeted inventory remediation efforts.\nCoordinate personnel deployments to CONUS and OCONUS DLA Distribution sites.\nTravel to DLA Distribution locations as required to assess operations, resolve issues, and support mission requirements.\nEnsure contract requirements, performance standards, quality requirements, and deliverables are met.\nReview daily SITREPs, weekly status reports, and mock audit reports.\nParticipate in Government meetings, briefings, and workload planning activities.\nRespond to Government inquiries and operational issues in accordance with contract requirements.\nEnsure personnel maintain required training, system access, certifications, security requirements, and deployment readiness.\nFoster a culture of safety, accountability, quality, and mission focus.\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nManage and oversee five deployable inventory support teams operating across the DLA Distribution network.\nEducation and/or Experience:\nDemonstrated experience supervising warehouse, logistics, inventory, supply chain, or DLA operations.\nStrong understanding of warehouse and inventory management processes.\nExperience managing geographically dispersed or multi-site teams preferred.\nExperience with DLA, WMS, DSS, SAP, or similar warehouse management systems preferred\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nAbility to analyze operational problems and develop effective solutions.\nAbility to work independently while maintaining strong coordination with Government and contractor leadership.\nMust be willing and able to travel and deploy for up to two weeks at a time to DLA Distribution Centers throughout the CONUS and OCONUS.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain all required installation access credentials and Government system access.\nStrong understanding of warehouse and inventory management processes.\nCertificates, Licenses, Registrations:\nMust successfully complete required Government and contractor training.\nSecurity Clearance:\nSECRET Level Required\nMust have a current US Government SECRET Personnel Security Clearance or be able to successfully complete a U.S. government administered Investigation.\nMust be a U.S. Citizen.\nMust have an Active Passport\nMust also be able to maintain a US Government SECRET clearance.\nPhysical Demands:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
