About the Role:
We are looking for a business leader to own the P&L, growth, and delivery of a portfolio of enterprise clients for an AI-powered technology business. The role requires strong business ownership, experience managing large enterprise accounts, and the ability to work closely with product and engineering teams to drive AI adoption, operational efficiency, and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own P&L, revenue growth, profitability, and business performance for an assigned enterprise portfolio or vertical.
- Manage a large portfolio of enterprise clients, building strategic relationships and driving retention, expansion, and long-term value.
- Lead end-to-end client delivery, from feasibility assessment and onboarding to implementation, go-live, and ongoing adoption.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering teams to deploy AI-powered solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Drive AI adoption, experimentation, and continuous improvement to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Track business and client performance metrics, proactively resolve delivery challenges, and maintain service quality.
- Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams across product delivery, implementation, and client success.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience across enterprise technology, AI solutions, product delivery, or technology-led business operations.
- Proven experience owning P&L and growing revenue across a large enterprise client portfolio, business vertical, or service line.
- Strong understanding of AI-powered solutions and the ability to collaborate effectively with product and technical teams.
- Demonstrated success in enterprise account management, implementation, client retention, and business expansion.
- Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with end-to-end ownership and a strong focus on business outcomes.
