Discover all the reasons that make us a Great Place to Work!\n\nWe are looking for Senior Engineer Lead to integrate a hybrid project in Porto.\n\nSalary range: 65000€ annual gross.\n\nProfile: \n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field;\n- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Embedded Software Development, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership or Team Lead role;\n- Proven experience with Brushless DC (BLDC) motor control and Field Oriented Control (FOC) algorithms;\n- Strong background in Model-Based Design (MBD) using MATLAB/Simulink or similar tools;\n- Experience with Bare Metal development and migration to Safety RTOS and AUTOSAR;\n- Proficiency in C/C++ and Embedded Software Development;\n- Experience implementing automated testing environments in Linux;\n- Knowledge of functional safety standards, particularly ISO 26262;\n- Experience with communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, CANopen, EtherCAT, J1939, UDS and EtherNet/IP;\n- Experience with Embedded development tools such as IAR, Code Composer Studio, Visual Studio or similar IDEs;\n- Knowledge of UML and software architecture design documentation;\n- Experience with ARM-based microcontrollers, preferably STM and Infineon;\n- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices, including ASPICE, ISO 13849 and ISO 21434;\n- Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban;\n- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills;\n- Ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional teams.\n\nResponsibilities: \n- Lead a team of Embedded Software Engineers developing BLDC motor control solutions;\n- Develop and optimize motor control algorithms using Field Oriented Control (FOC);\n- Drive Model-Based Design (MBD) and simulation activities to improve software performance and reliability;\n- Lead the transition from Bare Metal platforms to Safety RTOS and AUTOSAR;\n- Design and implement an automated testing framework in a Linux environment;\n- Ensure compliance with functional safety standards and Embedded Software development best practices;\n- Collaborate closely with Hardware Engineers, System Architects and cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle;\n- Support the development of new products, customer-specific solutions and continuous improvement initiatives;\n- Ensure high-quality software delivery through technical leadership, code quality and engineering best practices;\n- Troubleshoot and resolve complex firmware and Embedded Software issues;\n- Mentor and support the development of the software engineering team, fostering technical excellence and -
