The candidate should have hands-on experience developing and supporting DataStage jobs and working with large-volume data environments.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL workflows using IBM InfoSphere DataStage.\n\n- Develop and maintain Parallel Jobs, Server Jobs, and Sequence Jobs.\n\n- Work with DataStage file, processing, database, and debugging stages.\n\n- Develop complex ETL mappings, transformations, validations, and business logic.\n\n- Configure and manage DataStage parameters, parameter sets, environment variables, and job sequences.\n\n- Develop Execute Command activities and Unix/Linux shell scripts for automation and ETL processing.\n\n- Schedule, monitor, troubleshoot, and support ETL jobs in development and production environments.\n\n- Perform ETL performance tuning and optimization for high-volume data processing.\n\n- Work with SQL and databases including DB2, Teradata, and Snowflake.\n\n- Perform source-to-target mapping, data validation, reconciliation, and data quality checks.\n\n- Troubleshoot job failures, data issues, and performance bottlenecks.\n\n- Ensure ETL solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business and technical requirements.\n\nMust-Have Skills : \n\n- Strong hands-on experience with IBM InfoSphere DataStage.\n\n- Good knowledge of Parallel, Server, and Sequence Jobs.\n\n- Strong understanding of DataStage stages and transformation logic.\n\n- Experience developing complex ETL mappings and workflows.\n\n- Strong knowledge of parameters, parameter sets, environment variables, and job sequences.\n\n- Good experience with SQL and database connectivity.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting.\n\n- Experience in job scheduling, monitoring, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.\n\n- Experience handling large-volume data and optimizing ETL jobs.\n\n- Strong understanding of source-to-target mapping, data validation, reconciliation, and data quality.\n\nGood to Have : \n\n- Experience with Snowflake or other cloud data platforms.\n\n- Exposure to data warehousing and data integration projects.\n\n-
