The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end CFIN implementations, finance process transformation, data migration, and client-facing consulting.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Lead and support SAP Central Finance (CFIN) end-to-end implementation projects.\n\n- Provide strong functional expertise across SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA Finance.\n\n- Work with Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New GL, and S/4HANA Finance.\n\n- Drive finance process harmonization and standardization across multiple ERP/source systems.\n\n- Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design.\n\n- Support S/4HANA Finance transformation programs, including Greenfield and Brownfield implementations.\n\n- Participate in data migration, data validation, reconciliation, and testing activities.\n\n- Support cutover planning, Go-Live, Hypercare, and production support.\n\n- Lead client workshops and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.\n\n- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend SAP best-practice solutions.\n\n- Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.\n\nMandatory Skills : \n\n- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO and SAP Central Finance (CFIN).\n\n- Minimum 23 end-to-end SAP Central Finance implementation projects.\n\n- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal (ACDOCA), and New GL.\n\n- Experience in S/4HANA Finance Transformation programs.\n\n- Experience with Greenfield and Brownfield implementations.\n\n- Strong experience in Fit-Gap Analysis and Finance Process Transformation.\n\n- Experience in Data Migration, Data Validation, Testing, Cutover, and Go-Live Support.\n\n- Experience in Hypercare and Production Support.\n\n- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.\n\n- Ability to independently conduct client workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n\n- SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting Certification.\n\n- SAP Central Finance Certification is an advantage.\n\n- Experience working on global SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.\n\n- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology and large-scale
