Role:  Traffic & Project Manager (fluent in Flemish & French)

Location:  Asse, Belgium

Asse is a town just northwest of Brussels, only 12-14 km away, with fast train and road connections. It’s effectively part of the greater Brussels commuting area.

About the role:  

To support the day-to-day running of a high-volume in-house studio by coordinating projects from brief to delivery, managing traffic and resource planning, and ensuring smooth collaboration across internal teams and external partners. The role is central to keeping work moving efficiently, priorities aligned, and deliverables on track across multiple channels and stakeholders. 

What you will be doing:  

• Manage projects end to end, from brief reception and scoping through to delivery and follow-up 

• Review briefs, clarify requirements, and help translate them into clear production plans 

• Build and maintain detailed project timelines, allocate resources, and track progress across multiple workstreams 

• Own day-to-day traffic management for the studio team, ensuring priorities are clear and workloads are balanced 

• Coordinate closely with designers, copywriters, production and operations teams to ensure smooth execution 

• Ensure assets are delivered on time, in the right format, and according to agreed specifications 

• Oversee delivery flows internally and externally, including handovers to partners, agencies, media teams or print/production stakeholders where relevant 

• Support quality control and consistency checks before final delivery 

• Help structure ways of working, checklists and delivery processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors 

• Maintain visibility on project status, workload and upcoming priorities through studio planning and reporting tools 

• Contribute to a strong client service culture by responding in a reactive, clear and solution-oriented way to day-to-day requests 
• Work closely with the Studio Manager on capacity planning, workflow improvements and operational follow-up 

What you need to be great in this role:  

• 3-6+ years of experience in project management, traffic management or production coordination, ideally in an agency or in-house creative environment 

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects at once 

• Experience working with creative and production teams across print, digital and adaptation workflows 

• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep control of deadlines, specifications and delivery quality 

• Comfortable working with planning, workflow and project management tools 

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 

• Dutch or French as a native language, with a good knowledge of the other national language. Agood knowledge of English is also required.
