It’s effectively part of the greater Brussels commuting area.\nAbout the role: \nTo support the day-to-day running of a high-volume in-house studio by coordinating projects from brief to delivery, managing traffic and resource planning, and ensuring smooth collaboration across internal teams and external partners. The role is central to keeping work moving efficiently, priorities aligned, and deliverables on track across multiple channels and stakeholders. \nWhat you will be doing: \nManage projects end to end, from brief reception and scoping through to delivery and follow-up \nReview briefs, clarify requirements, and help translate them into clear production plans \nBuild and maintain detailed project timelines, allocate resources, and track progress across multiple workstreams \nOwn day-to-day traffic management for the studio team, ensuring priorities are clear and workloads are balanced \nCoordinate closely with designers, copywriters, production and operations teams to ensure smooth execution \nEnsure assets are delivered on time, in the right format, and according to agreed specifications \nOversee delivery flows internally and externally, including handovers to partners, agencies, media teams or print/production stakeholders where relevant \nSupport quality control and consistency checks before final delivery \nHelp structure ways of working, checklists and delivery processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors \nMaintain visibility on project status, workload and upcoming priorities through studio planning and reporting tools \nContribute to a strong client service culture by responding in a reactive, clear and solution-oriented way to day-to-day requests \nWork closely with the Studio Manager on capacity planning, workflow improvements and operational follow-up \nWhat you need to be great in this role: \n3-6+ years of experience in project management, traffic management or production coordination, ideally in an agency or in-house creative environment \nStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects at once \nExperience working with creative and production teams across print, digital and adaptation workflows \nStrong attention to detail and ability to keep control of deadlines, specifications and delivery quality \nComfortable working with planning, workflow and project management tools \nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills \nDutch or French as a native language, with a good knowledge of the other national language.
