This is an independent delivery role: you'll manage your own workload across multiple workstreams, translating business requirements into clear, actionable outputs and keeping pace with a demanding project schedule.\nYou'll collaborate closely with technical leads, project managers, and stakeholders across the business - bridging finance knowledge and analytical rigour to support decisions at every stage of the programme lifecycle.\nWhat you will be doing: \nPartner with the PMO and business units to conduct gap analysis between as-is and to-be processes, producing process maps and identifying change management needs\nFacilitate project workshops, ensuring clear outcomes and agreed next steps\nContribute to and maintain the change and communication plan documentation throughout the project lifecycle\nProvide data migration support to the technical lead, ensuring accuracy and completeness\nSupport business readiness activities in preparation for go-live, including cutover planning and hypercare delivery\nLead the development of training materials and e-learning content for end users\nCreate Global Process Design Documents and associated Risks and Controls Matrices\nProduce ad-hoc reports, meeting packs, and presentation decks for the Management Team as required\nIdentify and implement project improvements as opportunities arise\nBuild effective working relationships across the Programme Team and with stakeholders at all levels\nWhat you need to be great in this role: \nSolid experience as a Business Analyst, with a track record of contributing to ERP transformation programmes\nHands-on NetSuite experience - this is essential\nStrong understanding of finance processes and accounting principles, with the ability to identify and apply best practice\nExperience in process mapping, gap analysis, and process improvement work\nFamiliarity with a range of business analysis methodologies and techniques\nConfident facilitator, able to lead workshops and manage stakeholder engagement at all levels\nClear, structured written and verbal communication skills\nProficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word\nExperience producing process maps, data analysis outputs, and project documentation to a high standard\nProficiency with Gen AI tools - such as AI-assisted document drafting, data summarisation, or presentation tools - to improve output quality and efficiency\nExperience building personal workflows that increase speed and accuracy of delivery\nAgentic approach to problem-solving: able to break down complex, multi-step challenges and identify a clear path forward\nAbility to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply sound judgement before use\nReq ID: 18714\n#LI-CK1 #Midsenior #LI-Onsite \nOur values shape everything we do: \nBeAmbitious to succeed \nBe Imaginative to push the boundaries of what’s possible \nBe Inspirational to do groundbreaking work \nBe always learning and listening to understand \nBe Results-focused to exceed expectations \nBe actively pro-inclusive and anti-racist across our community, clients and creations \nOur recruitment process does not employ artificial intelligence for selection.
