You will ensure SLA-driven support, high customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement while working closely with the Regional IT Leadto align the region with global best practices. If you’rehands-on with Google admin, experienced in procurement and thrive in a fast-paced regional role, we want to hear from you \nWhat you will be doing: \nOwn regional IT service delivery for Google Workspace, Ustudioand core IT services. \nAdminister and secure Google Workspace (users, groups, policies, Drive/Docs, Admin Console) and be primary owner for Ustudiooperations/configuration, availabilityand user support \nEnsure support requests are triaged and resolved within SLA targets; manage escalations and major incidents. \nMaintain and improve service desk processes, including ticket lifecycle, prioritizationand knowledge base. \nProactively identifyrecurring issues and lead permanentremediation. \nManage regional IT procurement (hardware, software, subscriptionsand services) andasset lifecycle. \nEnsure the smooth running of all IT procurement in the region - kits are dispatched and collected on time. \nEnsure change control, testing and documented deployments to avoid service disruption. \nScope and deliver regional IT projects and platform rollouts (cloud&collaboration tools) working withthe Regional IT. \nManage third-party service providers for support and platform services (SLAs,contractrenewals). \nUnderstand and administer Active Directory. \nWhere needed,provide server & NAS support. \nOversee the following tasks performed by the team on a day-to-day basis: \nManaging Office 365, Google Workspace Adminand other cloud basedsystems \nSetting up and configuring new laptops and desktops. \nInstalling authorised software to laptops and desktops. \nStrong knowledge and experience with VPN (Cisco Meraki) technologies. \nEnsuring security and upgrades are applied to desktops and laptops and kept up to date. \nFault finding forlaptops and desktopswhen required. \nReporting faults and maintaininglogs on servers, desktopsand laptops. \nEnsuring all logs for equipment and users are maintained. \nCreating purchase requisitions for IT hardware/software. \nEnsuring licensing for all software purchasedis recorded and maintained.\nWhat you need to be great in this role: \n6-10+ years IT experience with at least 3 years in technical support/operations (adjustable by organization). \n5 to 8years of relevant experience in IT Systems Administration in mid-to-large enterprises (hardware, softwareand maintenance). \nWork onsite role 5 days a week. \nGoogle Workspace administrationexperience. \nStrong experience with a MacOS environment. \nMeraki Firewall and Switch experience is needed. \nCertification in Cloud Computing Technologies and other Microsoft Certifications preferred. \nExperience in troubleshooting Mac & PC systems. \nPreference for candidateswith experience in working with different countries in a region. \nExcellent communicator; able to translate technical issues to non-technicaluser. \nMust be organized with excellent co-ordination skills. \nMust be proficient in English - both speaking and writing. \nPassion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies. \nUnderstanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical. \nPersonal attributes: \nSelf-motivated, working with little supervision. \nProven ability to communicate and liaise with junior - mid levels in the business. \nDiscrete about all confidential and personal information. \nDriven, proactive, helpful, and enthusiastic team player.\nReq ID:18989\n#LI-D1 #LI-Onsite\nOur values shape everything we do: \nBeAmbitious to succeed \nBe Imaginative to push the boundaries of what’s possible \nBe Inspirational to do groundbreaking work \nBe always learning and listening to understand \nBe Results-focused to exceed expectations \nBe actively pro-inclusive and anti-racist across our community, clients and creations \nOur recruitment process does not employ artificial intelligence for selection.
