The OLIX Decode Accelerator 1 (DX-1) is the first accelerator architected specifically for decode. Rack-scale co-design of logic, data movement, packaging, optics and interconnect enables a step change in system level performance.\nThe Role\n We’re implementing a new business ERP and manufacturing MES platform, and there’s significant customisation required to make it fit how OLIX actually operates. We’re looking for an ERP Programmer to work hands-on with the platform: configuring, customising, and integrating it so it reflects our real business and manufacturing processes rather than a generic template. This is a foundational hire on our ERP build-out, based out of our London HQ, with real scope to grow as the implementation, and your ownership of it, expands.\nResponsibilities\nSupport the definition of OLIX business processes across finance, operations, and manufacturing\n\nDeliver ERP customisations that implement those business processes in the system\n\nEstablish system connectivity between the ERP and other OLIX business tools (e.g. PTC Windchill, REST APIs)\n\nWork closely with functional stakeholders (finance, supply chain, manufacturing) to translate process requirements into working ERP configuration and custom development\n\nHelp establish good practice for how we build, test, and maintain customisations as the implementation scales\n\nSkills & Experience\nHands-on experience developing or customising an enterprise ERP platform, gained as a consultant or implementer at an ERP partner/reseller, or in-house at a company running a major ERP\n\nSolid understanding of ERP architecture: extensibility/customisation frameworks, workflows, business process configuration, and reporting\n\nExperience integrating ERP/MES platforms with external systems via REST APIs and other integration methods\n\nComfortable working directly with SQL/PLSQL or similar to extend data models and reporting\n\nAble to work directly with non-technical business stakeholders to turn process needs into system solutions\n\nSelf-starter who’s comfortable with real ownership early on, in a fast-moving, high-growth environment\n\nNice to have\nExperience with PTC Windchill or similar PLM systems, and integrating PLM with ERP\n\nExposure to MES/manufacturing shop-floor processes: production orders, traceability, quality, inventory, planning\n\nExperience in a hardware, industrial, or manufacturing business rather than a purely SaaS environment\n\nPrior experience in a startup or scale-up going through its first major ERP implementation\n\nCompensation & Equity\nCompetitive salary: commensurate with experience, skills, and location\n\nEquity & Ownership: meaningful stock options, you’re not just joining the mission, you’re owning a piece of it\n\nDue to U.S. export control regulations, candidates’ eligibility to work at OLIX depends on their most recent citizenship or permanent residency status.
